Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Address: All authorized returns must be sent directly to our main office address: Bohompi, London, NW9 4FJ, United Kingdom.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Important Note: Please contact us before sending any items back to ensure your return is correctly tracked and processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right right away.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personalized items. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care items (such as our facial cleansing brushes) can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and sealed in their original manufacturer packaging.

United Kingdom & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
