Shipping policy

We offer standard tracked shipping to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays outside of our control.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: Our products are fulfilled directly from our supplier warehouses. This allows us to offer a wider range of products at competitive prices, but it does mean delivery times are longer than standard domestic shipping.
